The booked room was good sized with a large bedroom. The location of the hotel was good - within walking distance of Sarjeant Gallery.

I enjoyed the room with spa bath, the bed was lovely. The breakfast was excellent, good choice of food. Location: the hotel was near to eating places along the main street and restaurant & bar and main shopping centre.

Travelled with my colleagues, spent 1 night here and had a comfortable stay. King studio with a large bathroom as well as spa bath accommodated me perfectly.

Had a very nice stay on holidays, glad I've chosen it. The venue was in a central location close to Parnell cafe that was recommended by the motel and the city centre, restaurants and super markets.

Great value for money! The room at Siena was fantastic - clean, modern, and beautifully decorated. The shower and spa bath were a luxurious touch. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the sheets and towels were of high quality. The owner was pleasant and helpful, and the little extra of a bowl of snacks on arrival was a thoughtful gesture. The location was ideal, close to town and conveniently situated for our basketball games. Despite being off the main street, it was remarkably quiet. We would definitely return to this motel.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast offerings better would be a wider variety of options.

The tea, coffee and hot chocolate selection was awesome! There were plenty for everyone's taste. the location was spot on! Within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Plus, the room's kitchenette was very useful, we could enjoy a peaceful breakfast in our own room.

We have stayed in numerous places in this area but without a doubt, this hotel is the best in terms of location. It's a stone's throw away from all the best shops and restaurants, which is a major bonus. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and tidy, and the services were excellent. Breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of foods. The view from the room was truly stunning, with amazing detail in the design. I loved the fact that there was an indoor pool and a gym - really great facilities to have on hand.

The room was a bit cramped, but it was still very comfortable.

Had a decent new year celebration, stayed in a hotel in a great location. Everything was in close proximity; shops, restaurants, and even a park to watch the fireworks from. Room was neat and tidy. They provided a starter kit with tea, coffee, sugar, and milk. Even though the room was small, it was enough for my needs. The hotel also had a friendly staff who were always there to help.

The worst part was that the room was not exactly soundproof. I could hear people talking in the hallway.

I have stayed at this place before and will definitely stay again. The location is superb, as it is close to restaurants etc. It is close enough to the central town to be convenient but far enough away to avoid the noise. The service here is excellent, with room service, housekeeping, and laundry services. The room amenities are top-notch, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a comfortable sitting area. I particularly enjoyed having a patio to relax on. The shower had great pressure, and they even had a heated towel rack! The staff here is highly valued and goes above and beyond in every sense. They truly made my stay memorable.
